    • Close Cervical Cancer

      I was diagnosee in March with clear cell adenocarcinoma, a rare type of cervical cancer. After having a radical hysterectomy, I am currently in remission and doing well.

      Treatments

      Hysterectomy Working / Worked
      I had a radical hysterectomy using the da Vinci robot. I had a very quick reoovery and all my cancer was removed.

    • Close Pulmonary Embolism

      After a radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer, I developed bilateral PEs 10 days post op. I now take Coumadin and Lovenox.

      Treatments

      Lovenox Too Soon to Tell
      I've only been on Lovenox for a week so I'm still waiting to determine if it is working.
      Coumadin Too Soon to Tell
      I have been on Coumadin for only a week so Im still waiting to see if it will be effective.

    • Open Menopause

      I am in menopause due to a radical hysterectomy to remove cervical cancer.
