  I saw your comments about masks for cpap therapy. I highly recommend using a nasal pillows mask and possibly switching to a bipap machine. I struggled for almost 2 yrs to find a good fit. The therapy has made a diff in my cognition and mental fatigue which in turn helps my energy levels. Not sure about pain. Anyhoo, good luck!!
