I've been working out since jan 1st and i've lost 6 pounds up to this date i guess it's good like 2 pounds …
Well, I'm FINALLY done with college for a while, i'm home from my North Carolina class and i'm finally HOME (with a scale, thank god...)... so I got up and weighed myself and i'm down to 217! I've lost 3 pounds!! YAY!!! Which I can't understand since I ate SO MUCH food during this last class, but I did walk a lot... Supposedly I look thinner but I can't see it.
And I bought myself a pilates dvd and a yoga mat, and I'm about to go jog/walk on my OLD old old old treadmill!!
