Close Autism / Autism Spectrum
I am 27 with a happy but crazy family. We have 3 boys, my youngest with autism. There is so much love in our home as we face the challenges that wake up at un godly hours of the morning and go and go seems like forever to go. I'm always up for some good advise or a trick that you've learned so feel free. I am a bad speller...so deal with it
Treatments
- Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Working / Worked
- My son is on a gf/cf diet. Also no soy, nuts no coconut or peanut butter. It is hard but it has made a huge differance in him. I will never go back
- Behavior Management Too Soon to Tell
- He starts at the child study center in june for one month of intencsive therapy
- Early Intervention Working / Worked
- Occupational Therapy Working / Worked
- It has helped and I continue to do it
- Patience Working / Worked
- I never thought that I was a patient person ...but now I realize that I have more than most and thank god I do
- Play Therapy Working / Worked
- Flash cards and the magna doodle are amazing
- Support from Friends & Family Working / Worked
