I got up this morning to take my car in for check up, did laundry and that was hard on me because I am now in pain I guess I did too much at once. It hurt to use my arms to fold clothes and to put them away. I really had a hard time changing my bed linens. I don't want to depend on my daugthers to do everything for me. So I try to do it all for myself and it just don't work out too good. Thank You all for being here to listen to me.
