Well the loss of a few kilos may not be so important, but if you knew the number of times I have attempted in the past; well you would have said, 'surrender to the fat".
Hello, I'm not one to quit a task only after a couple of weeks. So I have stuck to a very reduced diet and I am wining the battle aginst the bulge. I only have a couple of kilos to remove and I will be back in the range of being healthy. True, I have had to change my eatting habits radically. So out of my diest have gone, cakes, sweet biscuts, white wine, full-cream dairy products, sweets of all types and kinds...that was really hard, icecream and topping...I am usually an icecream addict, even in winter.I have also started going to the gym for an hour twice a week, plus I walk, only catch public transport to go great distances.
So how much weight have I lost. Pre diest I weighed in at almost 99 kilos, now I am 82kilos.
