OK. I'm back from Europe and back to work. Time certainly flies.
My reconstruction surgery is scheduled for July 29th (the first one). It seemed so far off but now it is just around the corner.
I am apparently still cancer free, based on my labs and general physical exam. I plan to stay that way.
I'm looking forward to getting on with the reconstructive surgery so I can get my life back to where it was before my cancer diagnosis. This has become vey important to me.
I hope all my online friends are well and continue to be so.
For now, it's once more back in the breach. I'll just think hsppy thoughts of the beaches in Nice.

I'm not usually a Nervous Nellie but i'm finding myself a little worried about my July 16th surgery to put in the expanders and then the subsequent fills and final surgery.
OK - One step at a time - I'm really only worried about the next surgery. The rest is more a curiosity. I'll feel beter once the incision is healed. I wound up with a MRSA infection in my left calf after my 3rd chemo treatment and I really DO NOT want a MRSA infection in the new surgery incision.
Ah well.....I have about 5 weeks to prepare and then it will be history. Time flies and I'll be through it in no time at all. Just a little stage fright is all.
