Just a big old, aging queer needing some support. LOL.
Close Depression
Went through a outpatient treatment program a few years ago. It helped, and I should had done it a few decades ago! Stopped going to therapy when it stopped helping. Still take the meds. Have some times of sadness, but not as long or as deep as in the past.
Treatments
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Working / Worked
- It worked.
- Psychotherapy Working / Worked
- Seemed false after awhile so I stopped.
- Support from Friends & Family Working / Worked
- Give me a break. They don't get it.
- Wellbutrin Working / Worked
- Works for me.
- Writing Working / Worked
- Have kept a journal since high school, and it is probably why I am still alive today. DS has helped me A LOT the past 3-4 years.
