Just an update, 8-08-09. I am driving alone over 3 miles> this means driving to workplace starting Monday. I am upping my goal to te miles

My driving has increased since last post, I am quite proud, I am not driving by miles anymore , distance , but I know it is over three miles. My therapist wants me to go everyday, but that is not happening, I still have an avoidance issue, but working on that also.
Also my goal is not five miles any longer, it is going to where ever I choose to go.
