Close Agoraphobia & Social Anxiety
With over thirty years of agoraphobia, I have had all the symptoms, fears, - home alone, traveling, driving alone, stores, bridges, social events, etc. Today I stay home alone, shop anywhere alone, go over bridges, work full time, have been on four cruises, my battle still is driving alone, I recently started driving alone, my goal is driving over five miles any where, so far, I have made it one mile.
