  I'm sorry to hear you're having such a hard day. I've suffered from bad anxiety and insomnia twice in my life (5 yrs ago and recently). Do you take any meds to help you sleep? I know my biggest fear was not being able to function if I didn't sleep at night, so my doctor had me take Ambien. I also was put on Zoloft for Anxiety, so once the Zoloft kicked in I was able to eventually (after a few weeks) stop taking the Ambien. Hang in there...I know how hard it is to get through the days when you're exhausted from lack of sleep. If you haven't seen a doctor yet about the insomnia, it might be a good idea to do so.   THANK YOU FOR YOUR INPUT,IT REALLY MEANS A LOT. IT WAS MY SHRINK I WAS TALKING TOO,HE HAS DONE THIS BEFORE. A COUPLE YEARS AGO HE GAVE ME AMBIEN FOR A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. MIGHT TRY TO BUY ONLINE FROM CANADA OR SOMETHING. JUST SO FRUSTRATED. I HATE DRINKING TOO,BECAUSE I AM A LIL HUNGOVER IN THE MORNING.PLEASE WRITE AGAIN.KIM.
