  that's GREAT NEWS!!! I'm glad to hear you finally see the end!! I still have no idea when my hearing is. Not a peep from the SSA. I hope it's some time this year though. Grats on getting approved, and I hope you get the other one also.

  I don't think that it will ever end for me. If it's not one thing...it's ten. Your not alone in having to sell off your things to survive though. I think when you have to wait for years to get something, then most people don't have much choice. If you get some benefits from the armed services, will that mess with your SSI?

  Really?? Another 2-6 months of waiting on top of what you already did? WOW, that is disturbing to say the least. I remember you said you have waited a bit longer already than I have.....I'm up to about 2years now....with not a peep of when my court date is going to be, might even be another 6 months or so, then another 6 months on top of that????? I have to say that the system really sucks for those of us who really need the money for income.

  7 weeks?? Did you try and go down to the local office and ask them what was happening with your case? A friend of mine in Floida did that and got some answers to why it was taking so long. I feel your pain buco...I hope I don't have to wait another 2 or 3 months after my hearing to get my money...I dont really know, but don't they NOW have a deadline to get your money to you?
