      When I was 26 I was finally diagnosed with Meniere's after spending the previous 2 years having troubles with my ear. Now I have had to change my lifestyle completely to try to manage the disease but havent had much luck really...its aggravating

      Ativan Somewhat Helpful
      Marijuana Working / Worked

      Over the last few years my anxiety has grown and Im hoping to find some coping methods.

      This can sometimes help calm me down but if my anxiety is full blown it doesnt do much
