My name is Wanda. I'm a mother of two beautiful daughters. Emma is 2 1/2 years old. Lindsey was 8 weeks and 5 days old when she passed away on April 9, 2009. I have been with my husband for 12 years, 3 of which we've been married. I am a Registered Nurse that currently works in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

Yes this past year has been awful- I am still holding my breathe wondering what is coming around the corner
I don't sleep much. My angel grandson Logan was a breathe of fresh air to us all at a time we needed him the most- during my son's critical days

Oh wow!! You are going to have to send me a picture of the doll! I think i might have to go the toy store and find it!! Thank you for thinking of me and I think of you often and lil' Lindsey. I had a best friend going up named Lindsey spelled with a "E" also. Not that many out there so thats why I like it so much!! I'm keeping your family in my prayers!! Hugs to you

Close Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS)
: I have lost a child to SIDSI just lost my sweet baby girl on 04/09/2009. She was almost 9 weeks old. We were told after her autopsy that it was SIDS, but that toxocology and organ tissue testing were being done. We are at a loss for words and can't help thinking we somehow did something wrong. She was vaccinated the afternoon of 04/08/2009 with her first vaccines and I found her dead the next morning in her crib. I wish the pending test results would come back so I can know if there is a reason our baby is gone.
