I had a GI and neurology appt. today.

Have a sig on the 27th.

Officially steroid-dependent.

Surgery consult on the 29th.

Doc said go back to once every other week on Humira becaause of side effects and because it won't solve steroid dependence, so why load my body with all that crap.  I am happy about this.

Surgery is solution to dependence.

Tried to wean of pred 4 times in past year and bleed everytime which is so weird because my dose is almost nothing as it is.

Neurology appt I couldn't have asked anything more fomr-

No MS. No long term damage.

I have an anomoly that likely causes my migraines but the chance of anything happening with it beyond that is very minimal.

Humira 1x every other week

Azathioprine 100 mg/day

Pred 5 mg/day

Cortisone enemas 2x/day

Boswellia

Align

Chlorophyll

5-HTP

Aloe Vera juice

No bleeding. down to 2-3x/day since starting the enemas last week. Still have lots of urgency and not normal.

Also trying to add fruit back into my diet because I'm sick of literally eating just bread.  So far have had watermelon and seems to be ok.  :) :)

Hope you feel better soon! Take it easy and don't push yourself to much.

    You are in my prayers

You had some good news today. Glad to hear you are able to cut down on the Humira. Maybe you will get some energy back. Stick to a good diet that works for you and enjoy some great summer days.
