    This has been another addition of Hell week for me , My States Dept of Employment is still trying to get me to go POSTAL on thier asses and I almost Did hit mY Limit of B/S . How come when you talk to people they don't post thier notes on my Acct.  I talked to 7 different people and got seven different answers ?? I havent had an income now for almost 5 months .  When I came off FMLA ( Thats a whole different rant ) I was Laid -off from my job . ( I thought that was protected under FMLA ......NOT )  Well the Nv Dept. Of Employment Denyed me coverage And did not tell me . 4 Weeks later I ask and they tell me that I needed  to have a medical release From My doctor .......  My Doctor NEVER Put me on Release why would he have to release me to go back to work . ( The Doc actually recomended that I stay working thru entire TX )  My Employer is who forced me to take FMLA it was that or risk getting fired for job performance ( even after 16 years of loyalty )  No slack will be givin .

  I got that part straight with them and now they are saying that I'm under Investagation for reasons of my seperation from the company .  ( according to the company I was liad -off )  The company told me that the Dept  of emp. never has contacted them to ask why I was let go . 

   I tell you that if that was a privte company ( Dept. of Emp. ) Heads would roll and several people would be joining the ranks of unemployed  What a bunch of MORONS.  Hell You can't even speak to a supervisor here their numbers arent listed and the regs WILL NOT transfer you to one .  Now I have to go thru another telephone interview with these people on the 12th to once and for all try to get this right . That means that I have to make myself available for them between the hours of 730 am to 530 pm for thier interview . thats as close as they can say is that it will be between those hours........you miss the call and it will be 2 weeks before they will rescheldule .....   Like I said What a bunch of MORONS
