I'm doing ok the last couple of days I've been exercising more and I've neally completed my little diy project of painting my wardrobes. I feel relaxed and I'm looking forward to spending some time with Brooke and my other friend Chris on the weekend. The kids are visiting their dad so I can have a break.
My son with Aspergers is showing a bit of anger this past couple of days but I think it could just be because the weather is miserable and a few routine changes theres not much I can do when he gets like this I have to remain calm or it just escalates. He says horrible things and lashes out but when he calms down hes fine and the real boy comes back. Its probably more healthy that he lets it out as long as he doesn't hurt anyone or himself. I need a punching bag for him to punch to get out the anger. Prob would help me too.
I want to put him on the gluten free diet to test it out hes been tested for it but came back normal but my gut tells me its a problem. It will be so challenging trying to come up with Gluten free replacements but theres alot out there so no halm in trying.
right now hes yelling at me to get his favourite pants so better go before he loses it.

It's good to hear that life is settling for you and you are finding productive time for yourself. Another trait I have observed with Aspergers is that it is a mirror image condition, they are very quick to pick up on things and will treat others identically to the way they are being treated, does this sound like your son?

Phoebie, I'm glad to hear that you're exercising. That's the best gift you can give your body in a physical sense. Having a break from ones children is a necessity and I'm glad that you are choosing to do that in Brooke's company.
I hope you have a great day.
Much love and god bless
