      Being upfront/honest, analyzing the subconscious mind, Philosophy, Psychology, Computer related stuff- photoshopping pictures/video editing /diagnostic/repair, fitness/health/physical therapy, carpentry/electrical, being crafty, playing guitar, Aikido/jujitsu when I can, camping, etc

      Meditation Somewhat Helpful
      When I manage to do it, I actually do feel better, but the affects are subtle and for some reason I can't keep a steady schedule.
      Positive Thinking Too Soon to Tell
      I try to rationalize things as much as possible, but for every positive thought I have I can equally rationalize a bad thought. It's like trying to write down a list of positive/negative qualities for something that you are uncertain about, there is a tendency to make each list equal.
      Psychotherapy Too Soon to Tell
      Just scheduled my first appointment. Actually I don't know if this is for psychotherapy or for CBT. I guess I will find out.
    • Close Healthy Eating

      I've been learning and studying health for about 7 years. Though I am no guru I tend to know much of the fundamentals to healthy eating and proper strength and conditioning training. With all this I like to help others.

      Treatments

      Physical Exercise Working / Worked
      Usually I'm involved in a 5 day workout split but have been taking some time off until I get some more money and can get back to the gym. Always helps, makes me feel much better and content.
    • Open Diets & Weight Maintenance

      Treatments

      Counting Calories Working / Worked
      Extremely effective but can be arduous. Instead of counting daily, I will create a meal plan that I can just do daily and eventually it is memorized. Occasionally I will switch up foods. This style of eating is monotonous but sure to work.
      Eating Healthier Foods Working / Worked
      I've been studying/reading about health/fitness for about 7 years. Though I am no guru I know most of the fundamentals of healthy eating. It creates a world of difference. When I'm eating healthy feel 10x better.
      Physical Exercise Working / Worked
      Usually involved in a 5 day split going to the gym during bulk season. When I cut I will drop down to 3 days a week working out, and 2 days of cardio.
