its raining at the moment and its so cold! i hate this weather and winter. it makes the pain worse. so its warm bed and pain killers for me today.

other wise nothing has happened really. i've been writing poems an such. i might post them up later. one of the poems is really triggering an it sums things up and my other poems are about random things that i felt and needed to get out of me. writing helps clear my mind. i'll post some up at a later stage.

tomorrow i'm thinking of trying to hit the beach. its cold an rainy so there really shouldn't be a lot of people and maybe my parents can drive me right to the beach that way i dont have to worry about to much pain. an i can sit on the beach.
