Yes it will be a good idea to go to alanon.Karma is heavy.Particularly heavy.Yet with faith and love it can be transformed I have been told.

my stepfather was an alcoholic,and this affected all of us in the family deeply.My grampa was in AA.I really want to heal the past and free myself from the cycles.There are no longer any alcoholics left in my family except for my ex partner,yes you guessed it the father of my child is also an addict.I know there are ways of healing this!!
