I know what you're going through. Sometimes they ask me how I'm doing. I loss my husband on Jan. 2, 2009 from a fatal heart attack. And it's hard and you do the best you can. With me I took time off from work to establish my life again and remove things from my husband. I pushed myself to work again but without his presence. Reading the bible has helped me and also taking to friends and going to somewhere quite in a church will help heal the soul and mind.

I'm so sorry about your husband. I lost my husband to oral cancer on April 10, so we're pretty close to the same time frame. There are times I still can't believe it, and how hard it is just trying to get used to it.

Sending some sunshine your way. I know Father's Day will be tough. I am in the same boat that you are in. A lot of firsts to go through. Hang in there and many hugs. Christine
