The sucking continues

I drank. so my new date from 90 days is September 27th. I was able for a week. then gave in eventually. So bavk to the beginning.

Say fab, you did a whole week off drink, and must've found alternate behaviors-many times, what were they, write them big !! How else can u feel good. Can u get meds for anxiety, free counselling(or helpline? Sorry its eating my prob, but not so different. Take care hon XX

Close Agoraphobia & Social Anxiety
being treated for Panic Disorder w/ Agoraphobia. On 4 meds to control my allergy to life. Celexa, Trazadone, Klonopin and Abilify.
Close Panic Attacks
I suffer from Panic Disorder w/ Agoraphobia. I have had Sever Panic Attacks for 3 years, homebound for 10 months at one point. been on meds finally for the last 6 months with therapy.
Treatments
- Abilify Too Soon to Tell
- starting as an addon to my Celexa in the morning only 2mg. upped Trazadone and quit Klonopin 62309
- Celexa Working / Worked
- on 60 mg and maybe its working now i think
- Klonopin Working / Worked
- Back on Klonopin... 1.5 mg daily.
- Meditation Working / Worked
- I do Yoga twice a week so i am forced to focus and get in touch with my physical body instead of staying in my mind.
- Patience Somewhat Helpful
- I have no patients at work or out of the house most times.
- Positive Thinking Working / Worked
- very difficult to think positive before my female cycle. My worst times are about 1 week before i start.
- Psychotherapy Working / Worked
- Trazodone Working / Worked
- I am now on 150mg a night after stopping Klonopin
- Xanax Working / Worked
- does help but had to take so much of it and didn't like the sleepiness so i take Klonopin now. K lasts longer but comes on slower so does n't help attacks but will keep my anxiety symptoms at bay.
