Got officially diagnosed with type 2 back in 2008. Pretty sure I have had it for at least 10 years

- Have a lot more energy
- Metformin Working / Worked
- yes semms to help control my sugar
- Physical Exercise Working / Worked
- Trying to get to the gym on a daily basis seems to help with my stamina and blood sugar keeping it in better control
