      Tried every type diet/program multiple times. Several joint replacements. Obese and depressed. Out of hope.

      Overeaters Anonymous (OA) Not Working
      hated it
      Physical Exercise Somewhat Helpful
      Lots of water aerobics, swimming. Can't put pressure on knee. Belong to gym plus have MANY pieces of equiptment. (make great clothes racks)
      Weight Watchers Somewhat Helpful
      As long as you follow plan EXACTLY you can lose.

    • Close ADHD / ADD

      Adopted 4 severly ADHD kids a few years ago. Very active and feel like an expert on it now.
