Close Hysterectomy

I was diagnosed with endometriosis. I had the surgery to have it lasered out. While the doc. was in there he found that I have polycystic ovaries and a fallen uteris. That was 4 months ago. Was in his office last week and all my sympotoms of the emdometriosis has returned. He says that I need to have a hysterectomy. Which I knew that this was coming- didn't think this fast though. I am getting very nervous as my surgery date is coming up.
