I just wanted to let you know that I was thinking of you after I saw that you didn't respond to any of the post we made on your post. I have been there. It does really dite when you can't sleep and mix that with depression really bite!! But you are here for a reason. I pray that you will sleep and get some of your energy back. You have a really nice smile and we need people in this world to smile like that. Many Hugs:)

A doctor can provide you with a note (mine calls it a dmi form) that can be given to your doctor as a medical reason that you are not fit to work.

I don't even try to sleep anymore unless i have medicine. I have had sleep disorder since i was 9 years old. I am 26 now, and still, no one is willing to help.
Treatments
- Ambien Not Working
- Might as well have been a glass of water
- Ativan Somewhat Helpful
- Makes me feel a little better, but doesn't help me sleep. Only has an effect at doses of 8mg or higher
- Counting Sheep Working / Worked
- Halcion Not Working
- Allergic reaction, nearly killed me.
- Lunesta Somewhat Helpful
- I have taken a lot of these. They make me feel a little better, but only because i am so anxious. They don't help me sleep unless i take 9-12 mg.
- Restoril Not Working
- Might as well have been a glass of water
- Rozerem Not Working
- Might as well have been a glass of water
- Trazodone Not Working
- It makes me able to sleep, but the sleep is worthless, and i hate this medicine.
- Valerian Not Working
- Might as well have been a glass of water
