This is great news. Your horse is beautiful. Is it a walking horse. My friends have some black ones that are out of the Ebony bloodline. My husband and I have Palaminos. Your post op MRI looks good. I went back for follow-up yesterday and he done an MRI. I don't think mine looks as good as yours. Maybe why I'm still having headaches, but not like the pre-op ones though. I'll try to post a pre and post photo of mine, if I can figure out how to do it. Its only been 10 weeks, maybe it will still improve. Neurosurgeon seems happy with it, was showing it off to his students. I go back to work in 3 days with restrictions. This will be the real test.

Thanks for all of your support. I am 3 weeks post-op still in a lot of pain, but am doing well according to surgeon. Will update you more when I'm feeling better.

Close Arnold-Chiari Malformation
Diagnosed with Chiari I and Sryinx after getting MRI for back and neck pain. Have symptoms: stiff neck, low and mid back pain and stiffness, bladder problems,some tingling , dizziness IBS ,panic attacks and anxiety issues. Having surgery in June 2009 at Emory Hospital in Atlanta by Dr. Barrow. Had my gallbladder out recently, stopped my "IBS" symptoms! Had my decompression surgery and am doing well 5 weeks past op.
