I exercised today
I walked alot today:) Yay, baby steps back to progress.
I am a Christian Wife and Mother. I have 3 beautiful children. A 10 year old son with cerebral palsy, a 6 year old girl and an 11 month old girl. I still carry the baby fat from all 3 LOL. I am ready to lose it and get into shape. I want to learn the art of self control; eat only when I am hungry and stop when I am full. Exercising with my WII FIT has become a big part of my goal, along with increasing my healthy eating and decreasing my unhealthy eating. It sounds easy as I type, but it's not. I love pizza and chocolate. Sigh, but I am not going to give up:) It is really hard being a mom to a child with Cerebral Palsy. Some days I don't know how I even get out of bed. Basically, it's like this, if you don't believe in God just let me tell you my story...trust me, you will believe! Our life is evidence of God's power, grace and strength. There is no human wisdom, strength or ability that would be able to get us through the stuff we get through every day. Not to mention that miraculous glue that holds my marriage together.

Taking care of my family is number one; if I did have time for myself, I would go to the beach. I love music and coffee. I also love anything nature, calm and quiet. Life is too busy and goes by too fast.

What I did good on Saturday:
ate lots of fruit, drank lots of water
hubby wanted tator tots and sausages for breakfast and I didn't touch …
192.7 down 1.1 lb
not sure how accurate though, going to do it again on Saturday.
I was told I look thinner....woo, hooooooooo:)
Anyhow:
Breakfast:
1 sl. whole grain bread, 1 tsp almond butter, 1 tsp agave nectar
1 c coffee …

I can really understand your feelings and frustration.Try thinking of some positive things that will make you and your kids happy,even the simplest things sometimes help.

Going to the gym 5-6 times a week, trying to Increase my daily activity and trying to eat 6 small meals a day to keep my metabalisim going.

I think it happens to all of us, we get discouraged by lack of progress and can not seem to pick up the pieces enough to get it together. Just recognize that the power is within you, do not let your weight dictate who you are or how people percieve you hun! Climb back up there and do what you know is the right thing for YOU!!!
