I’m With You
Hi i know whats it like to not know whats wrong with you and how upsetting it makes you feel as you think you are crazy and its all in you head well i have just started to read a book called the dos and donts of hypoglycemia and it really good at learning what not to eat, try reading it you can buy it on amazon.com...... i am a massage therapist aswell and i havent been able to work fora while because i have been getting so ill , i put on a ton of weight as my doctor told me to eat when i start to feel the sypmtoms , he told me to eat all the wrong things , i have been following a different diet and it is already making a difference, all the best

Have you tried a hypoglycemic diet yet? I know it sounds daunting at first (i never thought i could give up caffeine), but once you adjust its not too hard, and you'll feel so much better!

I was diagnosed with hypoglycemia too and I think I do have it but I am in denial b/c it is so hard to eat the right way to treat it!!

Close Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar)
over a year I have been diagnosed with a lot of different things. To my D.O.'s shock, after a blood test she found that my blood sugar level was 60. Hmmm, the bells went off, all of my previous symptoms matched, and now I have something I can work with to feel better.
Treatments
- L-Glutamine Working / Worked
- Helping the dizziness. I am very active at work so I get tired very easily. Milk, cheese, and L-glutamine.
