      Hello everyone..i'm trying to find some help in giving supprot to my partner on the loss of her mum..who died 2 weeks aback...

      I've had this problem ever since i can remember..but never thought it to be serious untill my partner brought it to my attention that it was causing a problem in our relationship..so i did just that i sort out the HELP i needed...and now 22 months on with my partner i'm more happy...

      being sexually abuse for 8 years from my stepfather.untill i was 17.i bottled up everything..kept a facade that i was ok...never got conselling and i carried all those feelings into my adult life..when i met my gf i found out she to had a past with sexual abuse..somehow we connect and only then did i realise what harm i was doing to myself...
