we have raised our grandson since birth almost 5 years ago, tried to adopt him. bio parents abandoned him. Our daughter signed adoption papers,last year we filed to terminate fathers rights, he now want custody.He is a convicted sex offender.Now she wants custody. We got a letter from the judge today to let her have visitation every other week for 4 hours & let the rapist have supervised visits. our grandson suffers from nightmares, asthma, seizures. WE NEED HELP SO HE CAN STAY IN A STABLE HOME!
