well I have never been all that good at filling things like this out...but my name is Lindsay im 22 years old and I love with my mom, dad, brother, and grandparents for the moment. I am a nanny for 3 great kids. I want to become a youth Parol officer. I love singing and being with my friends...what more to say...Im not to sure.

Open Self-Injury
I have had a hard time from the time i was 13 all the way up to right now with self inury. when i was younger i would pick my face till it would bleed. As i got older i would cut and still struggel with it today.

- I did and IOP at ridgeview and it helped so much i learnd copeing skills that i still use to this day.
- Rubber Bands Working / Worked
- when i get upset and feel the urge to harm my self i snap a rubber band so i still feel the pain and it remineds me that i am still alive.

- sorta the same with the rubber band it remindes me i'm alive
