      I had laproscopic RNY surgery on February 19th 2009.

    • Close Gout

      I've suffered from gout for quite a few years. I now take allopurinol daily and have not had any problems since taking the medication regularly.

      Treatments

      Allopurinol Working / Worked
      has kept gout away.
      Colchicine Somewhat Helpful
      Helped to alleviate the pain and welling.
      Indocin Somewhat Helpful
      Did help somewhat but I became allergic to it (broke out with hives). Had to use a spray version applied topically and seemed to work okay together with colchicine.
