Thanks for the comment on my journal yesterday regarding the issue of exercise & weight training. I DO agree with what you said, but the last time I felt like this, I was in the ER on a heart monitor & not aloud to leave. I'm feeling better today... more energy. I HAVE set a goal to take a little walk later, but I really have to listen to my body right now as I stuggle to regain some strength!

Dear Sunny Son, What have I told you about listening to gossip? LOL...good news....probably going to visit my daughter in Georgia in January...she works for a company where she can get a certain number of standby flights for free, which includes ones for me, her mom......Yes!!! it's been a year (in July) since I've seen my family....I see pics of my grandchildren and they have grown so much!! Looking forward to it....need to lose some weight so starting today....breakfast was a cup of Java and oatmeal......have a great day.......MOMMIE

Had a ruptured brain aneurysm on Feb. 20 1997. Was blinded, made mute, partially paralized, was in a coma for 79 days but have tried to mend myself. Now able to see, and speak even re entered college and graduated after the rupture.
