Remember just a month ago when I was battling with the short term disability insurance company? (Yes my journal posts are missing from Aug 30 to Oct 18!) The stress I felt from that was NOT good.
Now, short term is ending on 10/30. Spoke with long term people today........OH to recieive LTD you have to have applied for SSD, the reason that was not started earlier was because of that month my appeal was being denied..............NO ONE ever told me I had to go through this process. 
So not only is my pay being lowered again I have to start filling out paperwork for SSD. I have cut out so many things in my life because of this and now more?
Of course nothing ever happens fast enough for me. NOT patient in these matters, feel frustrasted and tearful for just having to go through all this..................
You know if I could just physically handle my job I wouldn't be going through all this and but my employer is not willing to compromise. 
Big sigh, such is the journey of life...................

Its just BS JK.....the hoops these companies make you jump through to get things you have paid in for, and they gladly take your $$, but when it comes to giving anything back, they look for any and every loophole they can find!!!!!!!! Makes ya wanna take a gun and shot em all!!!!!!!!!!!!

jk...you hang in there! It's ashame companies don't take care of their employees any more...debbear is right...they seem to find every loop hole to get out of paying you...instead of trying to help you. I will say a prayer for you...~J

Sorry to hear about the royal run around. People have no idea what it is to be on this treatment. No sympathy or pity from any insurance company or the state.

Roll up those sleeves and start that SSD ball rolling. It sucks but thats the paper trail we all know and hate. I have friends that had to go through this and when they finally got their money they had a big fat back pay settlement. I know its not great now but it will work out, hugs.
