Woops, when I wrote my brother is CEO, I should have added of the East Coast Div. He also travels everyweek and spends alot of time in BattleCreek. He started out by washing truck for Keebler's when he left the Navy in 74'. and has worked his way up the corporate ladder. He was sadden by Kellogg's purchase b/c too many of his co-workers were let go......As for Alex, that wonderful he is doing so well. Hand on it very important. I love when they think their just playing yet are learninng at the same time. I know it has help my grandson as well. He just received student of the week again due to his test grade.......Take care, Pat

Type: Loss of a Child34 year old daughter passed away about 25 months ago. Passed in her sleep, very suddenly and unexpected

- I don't cry as much as what I did a year ago, but still miss her tremendously
- Keeping Busy Working / Worked
- Keeping busy helps me a lot. If I have too much time on my hands it gives me too much time to think.
- Prayer Working / Worked
- Works. I find peace in prayer

- The support that I have had from Daily Strength works magic. It is a "safe haven" for me where I know that no matter how I am feeling, there is someone out there that is feeling the same way. I know I would not be where I am today in learning to live without Kristie, if it weren't for the wonderful "Moms" on this website.
Close Diabetes Type 2
I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes about 2 years ago. I am on Glucophage and Byetta injections. I am doing well, but struggle with weight issues and hunger.
