Close Hydrocephalus
I was diagnosed with hydrocephalus in 1972 at age 12. Have had some revisions. I've been in 6 comas and gave birth to my last child while in a coma 17 yrs ago. My children and I are just fine, and no one would know I was shunt dependent unless I was to tell them. Life is good. Ya never know what to expect, it's all in the way that you look at it and you're next step forward in taking charge of it, and being strong. Would love to hear from others and to offer my support.
