About Me
I am a 26 year old black female with hs. I am dealing with this the best I can but it gets hard. Sometimes I wanted to perform my own surgery with a kitchen knife and at other times I am pretty okay with life. I get depressed sometimes but I try to stay positive. My motto is: Just because you put a million dollars in the trash does not diminish the value. It's still a million dollars! It's what I say to myself when people make me feel like crap.

- I have been taking it for 4 years. I guess it does work because my panic attack are greatly reduced.

I was diagnosed with insomnia about 8 years ago.

- Makes you high but it works.
- Lavender Working / Worked
- The scent is very relaxing. I often take hot baths with lavender oil I got from GNC.
- Lunesta Working / Worked
- Weird after taste. Didn't take it long though. Liked Ambien better
- Passion Flower Working / Worked
- Yeah it works but slower and gentler than prescription drugs
- Valerian Working / Worked
- In combination with passion flower, it is good.

- Stopped drinking sodas. It was easy to give up since there are so many other tasty alternatives.

- I don't eat breakfast so it keeps up my metabolism.
