i absolutely agree and there are others who keep dealing with recurring depression as well. just browse through the support groups and member-made groups to find the ones u fit in. =) *hugs* but we are here to help.

hello. saw that u're new. welcome to DS. ^_^ i hope u enjoy it here. we're all pretty friendly and thought i drop by to say ..well, HI !..okay obviously not only that, but we're all here to help support, encourage, and motivate each other to keep on living. It is a hard battle, but each individual has their own battle to fight..and we all are allies, so take a look around DS (dailystrength),..and u may be surprised at how open we are. give me a shoutout if u need any help or advice or anything in general. *hugs*

- I started on Prozac, went to a few others over the years and am back to it.

- Do it all the time. I love my therapist
- Zoloft Working / Worked
- Worked but switched due to severe depression in pregnancy.
- Risperdal Working / Worked
- Gives me really weird vivid dreams.

- I didn't notice any change but only took it for a little while.
- Meditation Working / Worked
- Helpful in conjunction with Yoga but requires a good deal of concentration.
- Xanax Working / Worked
- This is the best drug on earth.
Open Asthma
Treatments
- Advair Working / Worked
- I've been taking this for years and it really works. I'm supposed to take it twice a day but take it only once in the morning. Taking it regularly keeps me from weazing all the time. Still get accute attacks but less often.
- Albuterol Working / Worked
- Works sometimes for accute attacks. Usually I have to take it more than once.
