1st Weigh-in Mood

Thursday, June 25, 2009 | A General Update story

Ok well I went to see the nurse from the weight loss clinic that is run by my General Practitioners, She weighed me and I have lost 4 kilos in weight. Which equates to 8lb’s in the past 19 days that I have been on this diet. I now have to go back in one month’s time for my second weigh in.
