hello all,
i am sorry that i hsave not been on lately hbeen sick an in alot of pain an my stress level is igh. so i rdecided to take a break. i am, at ocean shores i habe been here since sunday and i am so relaxed and i am not stressed sorry,the tremors r getting worse, the oceanm relaxes me. i go hnome tomorrow. my friend and i wil;l be heading home tomorr ow so she canm get rreaey 4 work. the weather here has been windy winds of 40 an mile hour winds. i called home an everybody is sick i dont want 2 get sick so we shall see. i have been saying t he Serenity Prayer e3veryday and it has helpd me. again i am sorry for th3e tremiors are r3eallly bad. hope u all r doing well just iknow that i am thinking of u all. u all r my strength as well as my family. ian off to bed. may God bless u all, Remember, u r not alone we r all in this together an together we can get through anything. like i always say i am have ms ms does not have me. i love u all. love me

OO Darling...so hate that you are going through this. And the weather sounds crappy too! Do hope that you can stay somewhere else till your family is over the flues....you are right .....you don't need that.
Do rest a lot my sweetpea and get plenty to drink and eat. Try to rid that stress, which I know will be difficult to do....but we must for our health. Hang in there and know that we love you and are here for you every step of the way.
