So I have been going to the gym now for a couple of months religiously. I was only losing about one pound a week. Well I really started watching my portion sizes and now I am losing about three pounds a week. It seems like it is going to take forever but it is better than where I am now. I started at 308 and this morning was at 298. It feels good to be back under 300!
