      I am 42 and had a cardiac ablation done when I was 30. I was told a virus attacked my heart as a child and I had some episodes throughout my life that were written off as anxiety. This went on so long that the damage was not reversable. I was living with ~45% ejection fraction up to 6 months ago and something changed. I went to the doctor 2 weeks ago and had my regular tests and my function has dropped below 35%. I have been feeling very symptomatic and now I am scared. Why has it dropped?
