Okay so today is the first day of tracking my food intake. This to me is kinda scarey I think I am so aware that I am affaid to eat just cause I might over do it.... But anyway her goes
I had
(2) silces of wheat bread (1) slice of baby swiss cheese (4) pieces of salami and (2) FAT FREE ham (1) severing size of chips (1)12oz Pepsi
total= 866 cal/47.1 fat/ 328 carbs That was just lunch! Wow that is nuts
(1)Lean pork chop (1) baked potato with spray butter (1/2 cup) of grilled greenbeans TOTAL for the day= 1242 cal/58.9fat/525 carbs
This was in eye opener I had that many calories in 1 meal that is scary!!! That cant be normal right what the hell I need to do something different . I should only have like 1500 claories a day right so can someone break that down......I thought I was doing okay til I wrote it down
Now we are going on a 30min walk wish me luck I hope I can walk the whole time

I agree with Deb! Try to cut one thing out at a time. Drinkin the water instead of pop for example. That is the purpose of the journal because it really shows how quick the numbers add up. It really does help if you stay with it. Next time you will think of that 866 number and you will WANT to cut out the cheese maybe. We can do. Remember one day at a time. We should def have a weigh in. I weighed in this morning at 301. Let me know!! And congrats on starting the journal!!






Good job on taking a walk! Remember to start off with something small so you can work your way up. It may hurt but you should be very proud of yourself!! Keep up the hard work :)

Keep it up!!! your doing great!! work your way up to longer and longer walks, it makes it easier. I ad to do the same thing with working my way up. keep going!

hi megan,well your inr rate should be getting to the target of 2-3 soon, so like me you should start feeling stronger son just take things easy im sure you will feel better soon , i hope so anyway!
