      Hi Texas mom: I am so sorry for your pain and your way of life, but I have to tell you that it is a little bit of an encouragement just to hear someone else's story that is so similar to mine - with 20 some years of headaches and pain. I now don't talk on the phone much or smile because is causes me soo much pain. This is soo pathetic isn't it?? Especially when we love and need our people so much. This has only become such a serious problem in the last year. I'm scared .. I want to enjoy raising my 2 little kids. I'm so afraid thta I won't ever feel good again. I certainly hope that this new surgery is the one for you and that you can feel relief .. pills become necessary ,but are such a bummer and so scary to do. I also am on a bit of med for depression and just got a prescription for pain killers yesterday. I am so afraid to take them because I don't want to get addicted, but I just can't live with the pain. ... has anyone ever thought that posture has been related with your stuff ... have you worked on that too? I'm trying, but I think it's crock!! Let's hand in there and hopefully we can be an encouragement to each other!
