Iam 31, and live with my boyfriend in Toronto. I am terribly unsettled in my life although I do have a great support system of people who take care of me. I do also attend a Pain Management Program, and try not too use any man made pain releivers. I'm tired of being a burden and not being able too hold a job and provide for myself.

Ok, so the past two weeks I haven't been doing my homework, but I still believe in the program and I know I will eventually be comfortable enough …
replying to your comment of my june 2nd entry; you definitely are not intruding. I do try to figure out why I binge, and it is normally due to either my not wanting to do something I am supposed to (mostly studying) and my boredom. I want to replace these situations with the good feeling I get from eating. But you're right: stuffing my face with food is not what I really* want. I hope you're well!
thank you so much. your comments meant a lot to me!
hey, thanks for your kind words. i went through with telling my friend. they seemed to take it we'll see how it goes.
It was my pleasure. Take care and I will be thinking of you if I see any further info about getting help for a transplant. My friend's niece got her second one without a long wait since she worked for the Lupus foundation in NJ, USA.Good luck.
I have a history of PKD in my family. I have had many symptoms since about age 22, and I am now 31. I have regular abdominal pains, and now joint pain. I see my GP somewhat often and he simply says its IBS. I know I do have a tipped uterus as well as cysts on most of my organs. My family beleives I do have PKD like my mother, however our specialist advised I shouldn't have any issues till I'm 45-50yrs old, like most of my family members.
I also have a history of PKD
