Close Rheumatoid Arthritis
Diagnosed with RA 2008,had to wrap my mind around it all. On Meds. & Vit. now and very thankful...could be much worse.
Treatments
- Folic Acid Working / Worked
- Take Folic Acid to prevent side effect from Methotrexate. So far working fine.
- Methotrexate Working / Worked
- Dr. just increased from 6 to 8 due to a flare up in my big toe joint.
- Plaquenil Not Working
- This is what I tried first and I am allergic...broke out in hives.
- Prednisone Somewhat Helpful
- It does work but I refuse to take it very often...don't want to gain to much weight.
