the age of 6 i was diagnosed with adhd i adopted a tremor of the hands known as an essential tremor, it has gradually got worse over the last 5 years. spreading to both the rest of my body and my head.I have tried many treatments for this tremor but non seem to work.Having this tremor has caused my confidence to drop dramatically leaving me with very few options for future jobs and non of the confidence to get out of the house.

- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Somewhat Helpful
- helped me to change my thinking
- Meditation Too Soon to Tell
- have only recently started
- Positive Thinking Working / Worked
- definately the best cure :)
