Cautiously Hopeful Mood

So I am definately pregnant, I go in Monday for my first ultrasound. i am terrified, excited, all sorts of twisted up. We have decided not to tell anyone about the baby until I am further along and we have good news. I am praying for the best this time. I just want to hear that lttle heart beat.
