About Me
I'm 42, been TTC for 3 years. Conceived naturally 3 years ago and m/c at 7 weeks. RE suggested donor egg.... so we started our ADE IVF journey this spring/summer. Our retrieval & transfer was completed by mid/late September and our first beta was 10/2.... BFP! We're so exited. Anxiously awaiting more tests and our first ultrasound! My DH is also 42 and a great husband and will make an even better Daddy. I work in motorsports industry as the Finance/HR director as well as part of our field staff that travels monthly promoting our events.

Thanks so much for checking in on me. I'm getting to be at the pretty miserable point of this pg...my fault as I wasn't prepared for how much different it would be with 2 vs. 1. But, I am going to induce if these girls don't make an appearance soon...yahoo!!! Hope you're having a great wkend :-)

I loved the NT scan for that very reason! Glad to hear the twins are doing so great!! January 6 is my due date but I'm probably having a c-section at 39 weeks. Glad you caught your visitor! I think ours is finally gone. At least till next year!

Thanks! We are so excited and nervous!! All good tho! I am a bit nervous about the lowered progesterone level and hope the added doses gets me back in normal range on Monday.

Close Infertility
TTC for 3 years, m/c. June 06, BFN with Clomid & Injections. Dx was low quantity & qualify of eggs, RE suggested donor egg IVF. Transferred two perfect day 5 blasts in Sept 2009, BFP! We're pg with twins!
Treatments
- Clomid Somewhat Helpful
- I used Clomid when we were doing our first round of assisted reproduction with injectibles.
- Estrogen Patch Working / Worked
- Folic Acid Working / Worked
- In Vitro Fertilization Working / Worked
- It worked for us first time around with donor eggs.
- Lupron Working / Worked
- Used Lupron with my donor cycle for suppression. KILLER HEADACHES!!!
- Progesterone Working / Worked
- Gotta love the PIO shots.
